The three finalists in each of the eleven categories for the 2025 Gramophone Awards (presented in partnership with Presto Music) were announced this morning, with NMC's 'triumphantly achieved' world premiere recording of Tippett's final opera New Year, a 'magisterial yet somehow casual' set of the Bach Cello Suites from Jean-Guihen Queyras, and a 'distinguished debut' from British baritone Huw Montague Rendall among the albums in the running...

The winners will be revealed on Wednesday 15th October, when details of special prizes including the Lifetime Achievement Award and Recording of the Year will also be unveiled. Until 5th November, we're offering discounts of up to 25% off all of the titles in the running...

Chamber
