On "Life Rhythm", Wolfgang Haffner focuses on the theme of "groove" - not in the form of superficially virtuoso drumming, however, but through the way in which rhythms shape his colourful instrumental songs. With its warmth, weight and clarity, the music of the album bears Haffner's characteristic style - and at the same time "Life Rhythm" is an evolution.
