This is the tenth volume in the Dacapo's acclaimed series of the complete symphonies by W.A. Mozart, recorded by the Danish National Chamber Orchestra and their renowned Austro-Hungarian chief conductor Adam Fischer.
It features two of Mozart's mature and most treasured symphonies nicknamed Haffner and Prague, composed in the composer's last decade, the 1780s.

Adam Fischer gives as fine a chamber orchestra performance of the Haffner symphony as you’ll hear anywhere...what impresses me about Fischer is that he uses his chamber forces to bring a fresh perspective on these Mozart symphonies. In this he demonstrates a gain in clarity of texture and argument without any loss of impact.
