Beginning with an exciting brass fanfare and woodwind flourish, "Above Cloud Nine" is an extremely accessible new work for the Concert Band Repertoire by composer Laura Estes. Wonderful scoring and engaging harmonic verve propel this work to a triumphant conclusion. Great for any concert program!
