This book of duos aims to extend the repertoire for two saxophones with a selection of duets ranging from the Baroque era to modern times: alongside a few original compositions appear pieces originally composed for recorders, flutes or oboes, violins or clarinets, which are however eminently well suited to saxophones. With Works by Telemann, Chedeville, Corrette, Stamitz, Pleyel, Blasius, Mozart, Göpfert, Searle and Alcántra, the traditional Yoshke, Yoshke and the tango El Choclo.
