In this uptempo adaptation of the great bebop classic for developing groups, solos are assigned to alto sax and trumpet, with some written solo lines provided to help players lacking extensive improvisation experience. In addition, the rhythm section parts are fully notated and brass ranges are moderate (C5 trumpet, F4 trombone).
