Having watched the film Imagining Argentina which tells the plight of political refugees and the "missing persons" of Argentina, I felt moved to write this soulful waltz. I imagine two people in love, dancing alone, late at night and in secret, for fear of persecution against their political, religious, or sexual preference. (Paul Carr)
