Severed Heads have long occupied a singular place in electronic music, with Tom Ellard steering the project through shifting line-ups and decades of experimentation. Emergency Broadcasts collects two hard-to-find releases that previously surfaced only through the band's legendary sevcom archive in the early 2000s.

The first half captures a barrage of live performances built entirely from chopped-up Australian daytime television, turning regional TV scraps into a surreal collage of cut-and-paste electronics and grunge-in-cheek rhythms. The second, I Taste D King, drifts into stranger territory: eccentric ambient pieces designed as music for TV jingles, intermissions and programme pauses.

Presented together for the first time, the collection has been remastered with newly created artwork and includes access via QR code to the complete accompanying videos for both releases. A fascinating deep dive into one of electronic music's most inventive and unpredictable catalogues.
