The Lenni Torgue Quintet is a playful orchestra. Straddling France and Switzerland, the group borrows as much from tradition as it subverts it, both in the rulebook published by the French vibraphonist and in his compositions.

In this young quintet, whose compositions are like an acoustic and eclectic puzzle, Lenni Torgue (vibraphone), Arthur Tanguy (flute), Benjamin Fryde (clarinet), Antoine Brochot (double bass), and Noé Tavelli (drums) blend the energy of freewheeling bebop, the colors of contemporary music, and the effervescence of Afro rhythms.
