Munt made his professional debut at the age of 17. His career has ranged from collaborating with “Els Comendiants”, playing with the Orquestra Plateria, setting up music groups, to being an advisor to the Stomvi trumpet factory, a teacher at the Municipal School of Olesa de Montserrat, and writing the soundtrack for the feature film “Gala”.

Munt has collaborated with Juli Sandarán, Emile Lachambre, Tete Montoliu, Pedro Iturralde, Dani Nel·lo, Oriol Perucho, JA Amargós, Steve Lacy, Xavier Batllés, Enric Cervera, Eduardo Polonio, Jorge Sarraute, Joan Rectoret, Chab Samir, Eugeni Gil, Javier Navarrete, Noé Rivas, Jordi Bonell, Marcel Casellas, Rita Pavone, Nicola di Bari, Moncho, Raphael, Lola Flores and Emilio Aragon (Los Monanos).
