Dayddd's new album features 13 songs and two bonus tracks. Dafydd himself composed most of the songs for the Tonfedd-Eryri programmes for the Welsh TV Channel S4C on Patagonia, North America and Corsica, which Dafydd himself presented. All but four of the songs have been recorded anew, and in a matter of days. The golden thread that runs through all these songs is the concept of Welsh patriotism and nationalism, and the dream of creating a new and better Wales in a far off land beyond the sea, or better still, in the very land of Wales.
