Two brothers and one kindred spirit. That's RENNER from Munich, who are currently making waves in the German jazz scene. Rightfully so! The trio deserves the label "extraordinary" in many respects. Not only the lineup featuring trombone, double bass, and drums, but also the speed with which the band has captured the audience's attention. Between the formation of the band, winning the Foerderpreis (promotion award) from the Bavarian Jazz Association in 2023, an extensive debut tour, winning the Biberach Jazz Prize, and recording their debut album "Never Ending Story," only a year and a half has passed.
