About
Three of the great jazz clarinet players recorded at the height of their powers in the 1950s. Albert Nicholas with L’Orchestre d’Andre Reweliotty (France 1953), Edmund Hall with Ralph Sutton, Walter Page and Charlie Lodis (San Francisco 1954) and last but not least, George Lewis with PT Stanton, Dick Oxtot and Leias Sharpton, with the added bonus of vocals by Barbara Dane (San Francisco 1956/7).
