'The Ripple Effect' is a follow up to the award-winning, critically acclaimed 'Throw Down Your Heart' sessions, recorded during Bla Fleck's time in Gambia, Mali, Tanzania, and Uganda, documenting his journey across Africa to research the origins of the banjo.

This new 'The Ripple Effect' collection offers previously unreleased recordings from Fleck and virtuoso kora player Toumani Diabat.
