'Moodscape' features Bill Mobley's distinctive trumpet stylings as he leads a quartet that features pianist Mulgrew Miller on a set of mostly standards arranged by himself. <p>The Memphis-born trumpeter Bill Mobley has been a fixture on the NY jazz scene since 1987.
