Norwegian trio Meadow was made up of some of the finest European jazz talents, including the late great John Taylor, and their debut album Blissful Ignorance showcased their spare and thoughtful style.

With an economy and selflessness that is refreshingly distanced from those who feel it necessary to assert their personalities through overt virtuosity, Meadow predicated its focus on the song, the sound, the melody and the collective.
