Recorded in August 2005 this is the latest project from best selling Austrian guitarist Wolfgang Muthspiel. BRIGHT SIDE features the debut recording featuring his new trio, completed by twin brothers Matthais Pichler (bass) and Andreas Pichler (drums). All the compositions are by Wolfgang Muthspiel, except Charles Mingus's "East Coasting". This trio will play two UK dates: 16/03/06 The Spin, Oxford and 18/03/06 The Vortex, London.
