A 60 track survey of one of the UKs most influential musicians ever, Chris Barber, not only being at the forefront of British Jazz from the 50s onwards but he was also key in the popularisation of Blues, paving the way for the British Blues explosion in the early 60s. Here we have fine examples of why Barber was so important in both of these areas.
