With an assured maturity and vocal confidence far beyond her years, the young singer Jazzmeia Horn arrives with her debut recording 'A Social Call', an album that reveals a talent ready to take its place alongside the best headlining jazz vocalists of today.

A winner of both the Thelonious Monk International Jazz Vocal Competition and Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition the album features 10 tracks composed of originals and covers, performed with an all-star acoustic jazz lineup that includes Ben Williams on bass, drummer Jerome Jennings, Josh Evans on trumpet and Frank Lacy on trombone.
