Pianist Laia Genc, together with the other members of her Trio, Liaison Tonique, presents her new album 'Birds'.
Genc composed nine of the twelve tracks on the album. She studied jazz piano under Hubert Nuss and John Taylor at the Cologne Music Academy. In 2004, Laia spent a year in Paris where she studied at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris.
