Peaceville
Peaceville is an independent record label specialising in heavy metal, founded in Dewsbury in 1987 by musician Paul "Hammy" Halmshaw. Peaceville originally began as a cassette-only label for anarcho-punk and crust punk bands, though the label is known more nowadays for its association with extreme metal bands like Autopsy, Darkthrone and Paradise Lost - just a few of the artists known as the 'Peaceville Stable'.
