Consequently, there are no batteries or any need to plug in which means this is the perfect take anywhere, maintenance free, musical instrument.A great introduction to pitchThe set of 8 is a full diatonic scale, starting on C and each pad has the note name and its position on the musical stave printed on it. They are brightly coloured and work particularly well when a group of 8 children are each given one note of a tune. You can also combine the diatonic set with the MP-6C chord set to introduce chords and harmony in a fun, colourful way.Perfect for early yearsWhilst specifically designed for early years the pad construction allows up to 80kg of weight to activate so can be good for older children too.
