bastille musique presents its thirty-sixth release, featuring Maroussia Gentet (piano), Ensemble Cairn and Guillaume Bourgogne (conductor). The album combines the world premiere recording of Ramon Lazkano’s Préludes for ensemble and the Préludes Op. 28 for piano by Frédéric Chopin, which were recorded on Stephen Paulello’s Opus 102 grand piano near Paris.

The recordings are complemented by a 64-page trilingual booklet (EN, FR, DE) with texts by Romaric Gergorin, an interview with the artists, two score pages, as well as three concertina- fold inserts with photos of the composers and the performers at the recording sessions.
