In a programme nourished by his many influences, the violinist combines the great milestones of the repertoire for his instrument (Chausson’s Poème, Janacek’s Sonata and the Danse macabre, arranged here for two violins) with miniatures, testimony to a career marked by concerts all over the world and a deep admiration for Yehudi Menuhin.

The composer Tara Kamangar rubs shoulders with Philippe Hersant, André Hossein and Ernest Bloch – all points that map out, in filigree, the sources of inspiration of a travelling violinist.
