The first album in the Berliner Philharmoniker’s major new soloist series focuses on violinist Noah Bendix-Balgley (70k IG, 34k FB), the first American-born concertmaster in the legendary orchestra's history. It pairs Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 1 with passionate music by Sinigaglia, who was also a great Italian climber who died of a heart attack on the eve of being sent as slave labour to Nazi Germany. Release coincides with concerts in Asia (Taipei, Hong Kong, Guangzhou) and features artwork designed by Studio Marek Polewski.
