Pierre Slinckx brilliantly pursues his quest to integrate electronics into chamber music, to erase the boundaries between synthesized music and natural music. H#1, written for the Hopper Ensemble, is an ecstatic trip through radiant, powerful, somewhat psychedelic waves of endlessly blossoming sounds and obsessively rising textures.

These first works were published simultaneously by the Cypres label on the occasion of a carte blanche offered to the composer.
