bastille musique presents its twelfth release »Erwin Schulhoff: Lieder« featuring world premiere recordings by Sunhae Im (soprano), Tanja Ariane Baumgartner (mezzo-soprano), Hans Christoph Begemann (baritone) and Klaus Simon (piano). This first complete recording of Schulhoff’s lieder, produced by the SWR, represents his great variety of styles through works composed between 1910 and 1937. Additionally, the box set includes two 80-page bilingual booklets (EN, DE) with articles by Albrecht Dümling, Gottfried Eberle, Klaus Simon and an interview with the soloists, the complete lyrics and several autograph pages, as well as photos of the composer and the artists.
