bastille musique presents its eighth release »Johann Sebastian Bach: Violinsonaten« featuring Petra Müllejans (violin), Sabine Bauer (harpsichord) and Marie Deller (violoncello). The box set comprises Bach’s Six Sonatas for Violin and Obbligato Harpsichord (BWV 1014-1019) and two Sonatas for Violin and Basso Continuo (BWV 1021 and 1023), all recorded at the Schlosskapelle Köthen. It also contains a 48-page bilingual booklet (EN, DE) with texts by Gregor Herzfeld, Peter Wollny and an interview with the artists, as well as photos of the recording sessions and a picture of the composer.
