After winning the ICMA (International Classical Music Awards) in the category Early Music with the CD “Willaert and the Flemish School at St. Mark’s”, Concerto Classics continues its collaboration with Cappella Marciana and presents this album. The CD / digital product contains the live recordings of the vocal works of Giovanni Legrenzi dedicated to the celebration of Holy Christmas, some of which are first world recordings. The music has been gathered in an ideal liturgical sequence of a Christmas Mass in St. Mark approximately in 1685.
