About
The Klais organ in Wurzburg is another fine example to the genius organ builders Johannes Klais of Bonn. Located at the west end the organ projects sound from a visually dramatic organ case with its many horizonal pipes at the front of the main case. This is the first of two recordings that Priory made the other which is released simultaniously is a programme of european music whilst here its organist, Stefan Schmidt plays two large transcriptions.
