"Influences" is the debut recording from the multi-award-winning chamber ensemble, Cosmos Quartet. Formed by Helena Satu and Bernat Prat, violins, Lara Fernndez, viola and Oriol Prat, violoncello, the Cosmos Quartet has chosen to combine works by Haydn and Brahms with a premier recording of a work by Raquel Garcia-Tomas. All four instruments used on the album were designed and created by the prestigious luthier David Bague, especially for each musician.

Cosmos Quartet was recognised at the beginning of 2018 with the prestigious 1st Award in the Heidelberg International Competition, organised by the Irene Steels-Wilsing Foundation and the Musikfestival Heidelberger Fruhling.
