The new Label RedDress and Armoniosa are proud to present this new and original version of the 12 concerti by Antonio Vivaldi that make up the collection of the L'Estro Armonico, op.3. The Armoniosa's harpsichord player Michele Barchi, starting from the historical transcriptions for keyboards (harpsichord or organ) of these masterpieces made by great contemporary authors of the “Venetian Priest”, including Johann Sebastian Bach, had the intuition to complete the transcription for keyboards of the whole collection of the Estro Armonico, using the Ensemble of Armoniosa (a violin, a cello “piccolo” with 5 strings, a cello, an organ and a harpsichord) to realize the orchestral "Tutti" provided by Vivaldi.

The outstanding Italian Baroque group Armoniosa was founded in 2012, since when they have emerged as one of the most deeply impressive ensembles specializing in music of the 18th century across Europe.
