The spectacular landscape cover image of Scenes From Home, introduces a disc of music for clarinet, Kellan Toohey, and piano, Suyeon Kim.

All five pieces are descriptive, with evocative titles - Three Poems (Emily Rutherford), Five Scenes From Our Aspen Grove (Andrew Halladay), Two Orchids (Greg Simon, Suite Antique (David Mullikin and Early Winter Spires (Conor Abbott Brown). They are pieces composed between 2008 and 2016, that delight in the sounds of each instrument and communicate directly.

They are also linked by all their composers living in the state of Colorado, whose landscape is reflected in their music. As Kellan Toohey, who is also a resident, says in his programme notes; "I am continually inspired by the grandeur of this place which I am happy to call home."
