Pianist and conductor David Greilsammer is known for his interesting combination of repertoire both on his recordings and live in concert. His new album ‘Sounds of Transformation’ presents a unique and captivating combination of baroque and jazz music. An incredible fusion which sounds both innovative and fresh whilst very natural. Greilsammer performs as both the director of the Geneva Camerata and pianist, together with performances from jazz pianist Yaron Herman and drummer Ziv Ravitz. The new album presents works by Lully, Purcell, Ives, Rameau and Marais each in the original style as well as exciting new jazz arrangements by Massimo Pinca and Jonathan Keren.
