About

The thematic basis of this album focuses on the representation of the oneiric world's path in all its phases: from going to sleep and sunset, going through dreams and the mystery of the night, with all its existential uncertainties, unto the awakening moment and its dawn. Each song perspires an oneiric phase, developing in an anthology of works that walk through the aesthetics of the European Baroque and Renaissance as well as of the Mediterranean folkloric music. Mattea Musso is a pianist, mezzo-soprano and an interpreter of the ample vocal repertoire of the European Baroque and Renaissance music, as well as Mediterranean folk music. Mattea has been selected to perform at numerous festivals and concerts across the globe. She regularly performs in the musical scenes of Italy and Argentina, collaborating with Ariel Abramovich, Estela Telerman, Miguel De Olaso, Hernan Cuadrado, among many others.
