Described as an 'unrivaled violinist,' 'of fiery temperament', Virgil Boutellis-Taft takes us on a journey from 1896 to 1996, from the date of the premiere of 'Poème', by Chausson, through a selection of pieces down to 'Songs of the South' by Philippe Hersant. The historical borders of Europe and its identity are both questioned and expanded to reach new horizons in a constant back and forth 'Between East and West'.
