Patchwork' is a chance to join Eastern European composers of the 20th century in Sonatas for flute & piano from Prokofiev, Enescu, Schulhoff and Muczynski. Their vibrant musics are made up of dancing & scintillating rhythms.

Brazilian flautist Raquele Magalhães studied with Alain Marion, Philippe Bernold and Philippe Pierlot. She was named Principal Flute at the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra (2005-07) and at the Paris National Conservatory Prize Winners Orchestra (2002-05). She has been working with Myung Whun Chung, Zsolt Nagy, Yo-Yo Ma, Josep Pons, Ilan Volkov, Lionel Bringuier.
