Gubisch manages to suggest the presence of Berberian in a remarkable way in the Berio, though she certainly does not try to imitate her; the accompaniment is as sensitive as could be imagined...I'd say that it was in the Brahms songs that Gubisch feels most at home.

a lovely folk-song set of mainly Spanish composers...Gubisch’s singing often lacks the artlessness demanded, though; the best performances are reserved for intimate readings of Brahms’s two Op 91 settings and his celebrated Wiegenlied.

Gubisch's lived-in, streetwise mezzo sounds good in Berio and Falla, but is graceless in Obradors and too self-consciously raunchy for Granados...Altinoglu is a terrific pianist and a no-nonsense conductor for the Berio.
