British composer Robert Hanson presents two tribute pieces to esteemed colleagues formerly at Dartington College of Arts, Roy Truby and Jack Dobbs. Hanson's music combines influences of Berg, Webern and the post-war avant-garde with an English lyrical impulse, resulting in works with an original tonal and modal sense.
