This recording is a brand new scoring from Carl Davis for the 1925 Harold Lloyd film The Freshman, which will also accompany the forthcoming DVD and Blu Ray releases from Criterion.
Harold Lloyd was one of the most successful and popular comedy film actors of the 1920s. The Freshman, a satirical film about college life and football, was the peak of his career.
