The label states: “Singers and instrumentalists were placed in the organ loft, within the sound environment of the organ. We chose to use a natural sound recording technique rather than any artificial attempt to filter the noise of the organ bellows or possible mechanical noises from the keyboard that are inherent in the organ and which are absorbed into the acoustics of the church.”
