After the successful release of Advent and Christmas music by the early baroque master Michael Praetorius, CPO are pleased to present the world premiere recording of his Easter Mass.
The extant Wolfenbüttel church constitution of 1569 enables us to experience the Mass with the parts and in the order that it would have been celebrated during Praetorius’ term as chapel master.
