Volume Two in this series is played by Kevin Bowyer on the newly restored organ in Lancaster Priory where it receives its first recording. As with volume 1 here is a flambouyant CD of virtuosity and includes Star Wars of John Williams, The Cathedral at Night by Frederick Marriot, Walking Tune of Percy Grainger and Graham Garton’s Suite: Six Sensations. Most of this music is unrecorded and is an excellent addition to an organ buff’s collection.
