About
Throughout his long life, Danish composer Vagn Holmboe (1909-96) wrote music with a Zen-like balance between intellect and nature. He saw chamber music as an ideal world and expressed himself in a multiplicity of ensembles, forms and formats – as shown in this acclaimed series featuring the Danish group Ensemble MidtVest.
