Cpo’s unique Bruckner cycle under Mario Venzago continues with the Second Symphony performed by the Northern Sinfonia. As in the case with Symphonies Nos. 0 & 1 (7776172), Venzago has chosen a top orchestra of relatively small instrumental dimensions: the Northern Sinfonia from Newcastle, one of Europe’s most exciting and innovative orchestras.
