Gluck only accounts for around a quarter of this legendary Kathleen Ferrier disc (though one of the greatest-ever recordings of Mahler's Kindertotenlieder is surely none too shoddy a bonus!), but for a snapshot of 'Klever Kaff's' Orfeo (recorded here under Charles Bruck and the orchestra and chorus of the Netherlands Opera) there's no better bargain.
