About

The four compositions on this CD were commissioned by the State Academy in Ochsenhausen. They were premiered in various concerts and these recordings were made there. Huebner blends modern improvisation into the known concert forms of the classical repertoire. His goal is to re-introduce and re-establish improvisation as a compositional tool in classical music.
