It (the organ) does ‘ speak with an Italian accent’, though: it is light, transparent, joyful with almost flimsy foundation stops. This matches well Ghielmi’s dynamic and lively playing….Ghielmi being the director as well
as soloist, there is a pleasant unity of phrasing….Warmly recommended.
